ABOUT ME.
I'm Leila Fonzo, a brand strategist and creative director with more than 18 years of cross-sector marketing and communications experience.
I founded The Libre Studio to work at the intersection of brand strategy, visual storytelling and hospitality, helping businesses build a coherent brand narrative across strategy, content and visual identity.
MY STORYBefore launching my entrepreneurial journey, I built a corporate career as Marketing Manager at Liberty Seguros Argentina, part of the Liberty Mutual Group. That experience gave me a 360-degree vision of marketing: leading brand positioning, incentive programs, events and integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, working directly with commercial directors and senior management.
I also had the opportunity to teach International Marketing at UNESP in São Paulo, which broadened my perspective and deepened my ability to translate complex strategies into practical tools.
Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I founded Connectens, a digital communications agency I led for more than a decade, working with clients ranging from luxury hospitality to national-scale e-commerce campaigns and consumer brands. More recently I founded CUK.Digital, a boutique agency focused on influencer strategy, social media direction and brand storytelling for hospitality, lifestyle and e-commerce clients.
I also founded and operate WildLiving, a nature lifestyle hospitality platform in Patagonia, which informs everything I do at The Libre Studio.
My background as a strategist is enriched by my training as a Landscape Designer, which allowed me to merge my passion for nature and spatial design with my expertise in visual communication.
The Libre Studio works selectively, with a small number of clients at a time, prioritizing depth over volume. Every project is approached as a system: strategy informs content, content informs visual identity, and every output reinforces the same narrative.

PURPOSEI deeply believe that every brand lives in the space between what it says and what people feel. That's why every project I take on starts with the same question: what does this brand need to communicate, and how can strategy, language and visual thinking work together to make that land with clarity and intention.
My approach is built on three layers that reinforce each other. Strategy defines what matters and why. Language shapes how it's said, in a voice that is specific, not generic. And visual thinking translates both into something people can see, remember and feel. When these three work as a system, communication stops being a task and becomes a narrative.
