Creating circulation and atmosphere for shared moments.

A redesign of the café and entrance to integrate service, identity, and customer experience. The result: a minimalist space where optics and gastronomy meet under one brand language. We worked with local artists on a mural intervention that would convey the Patagonian imprint upon entering the place.

Creative Process

  • As a natural extension of Óptima Visión, the café needed a redesign that would unify the optical and gastronomic experiences under one language.
    The challenge was to improve circulation, service, and customer experience, while creating a space aligned with the brand’s identity.

  • The concept was to create a minimalist, functional café that highlighted the gastronomic offer while seamlessly integrating with the optical store.

    The strategy included:

    • Improving circulation for staff and clients.

    • Expanding the bar to strengthen the take-away service.

    • Organizing the entrance and display to simplify the visual experience.

    • Integrating the café with the optical store through consistent design language.

    This phase was developed in collaboration with interior designer Aldi Alegre.

    • Space survey, needs assessment, and user flow studies.

    • Redesign of entrance and circulation for functionality.

    • Expanded bar and service area, adding new storage solutions.

    • Incorporation of exhibition gondola to optimize space.

    • Visual unification of optical and café areas under a cohesive style.
